This project was for a growing family who had looked long and hard for the next move, the bigger house, the improved amenity. Until they realised that they had everything they already wanted – except space. They loved the façade and it was an easy decision to keep the frontage intact, but they were also looking for more wow-factor in the new extension. The house is now a five bedroom, open, bright, contemporary success. Demolition of the old sheds in the rear garden provides for a landscaped pool and terrace area – and lots and lots of family fun.
