A 1940’s beachside bungalow gets a complete facelift
The project involved completely gutting the existing house and rebuilding those parts as well as extending to the rear and a new first floor addition. To the rear of the house, a new pool was built (after navigating complex structural challenges) within a serene garden setting, overlooked by a family sized deck.
